Synthetic Grass is not cheap!

Pricing is a tough to pin variable because every job is so different. Most of my competitors ( myself included ) quote a minimum everything included install charge at $8.50 a sq ft. However, costs can go up with customization. Then, there are other costs that I have no control over such as FREIGHT and RESIDENTIAL delivery charges which cost roughly $450.00 - The rolls are large / heavy and need to be freight shipped. There is also dump fees associated with removing all the organic grass and delivery charges for lock base material.

Know, this before you call - a 600 sq ft job can cost close to $5000.00 Installed.

Briefly, this price includes the laborious task of prepping your surface area; removal of all grass/weeds/roots and the " placing " of an aggregate calcium carbonate lock base material; power compaction is next; then installation of treated nailer that secures the final placing of your choice grass in place.

ITS A VERY LABOR INTENSIVE PROCESS!
